Full-Time R&D Research Analyst

Strategic Analytics & Insights (SA&I) at NielsenIQ empowers businesses to understand consumer behavior and drive brand growth. As a Product Leadership Neuro R&D Research Analyst, you will support new product development and enhance existing products using neuroscience and advanced analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze neuroscience, behavioral, and survey data to uncover insights from complex datasets for internal teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product Leadership, Neuroscience, Engineering, Operations) to execute R&D studies.
• Prepare reports and presentations for internal stakeholders.
• Manage and track project timelines with operations teams.
• Conduct literature reviews on neuroscience and behavioral science topics.
• Assist in creating thought leadership pieces.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in neuroscience, psychology, cognitive science, data science, or related field.
• 2+ years of research and data analysis experience.
• Proficient in data analysis software (e.g., Python).
• Strong understanding of statistical methods (regression, PCA, clustering, etc.).
• Exceptional analytical and critical-thinking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong project management skills.

Compensation:

Market-competitive salary ranging from $55,500 to $62,727, plus potential sales-based incentive or performance-based bonus.
