Recruiter Responsibilities:
The Recruiter is responsible for delivering Service Excellence throughout the recruitment cycle. The Recruiter will act as a brand ambassador for the client, focusing on delivering exceptional talent and providing proactive and timely communication on search status.
The Recruiter will also be a subject matter expert in talent acquisition and provides consultative direction and industry expertise to hiring leaders.
Work location: This position is remote for candidates based in the US only. Work arrangement: Remote.
Specific needs:
- Experience in corporate functions (e.g., Finance, Procurement, IT) within highly regulated industries (e.g., pharma or healthcare).
- Strong sourcing skills.
- Familiarity with Workday.
- Previous RPO experience.
- Strong communication and proactive engagement with stakeholders are essential.
Responsibilities:
- Finding Candidates:
- Lead job scope meetings with hiring leaders to determine position specifications, providing market data and recommendations.
- Review candidates in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Evaluate candidate qualifications.
- Develop and manage recruitment marketing or sourcing plans.
- Source candidates via resume databases, search engines, and networking sites.
- Solicit and pursue referrals.
- Utilize Cielo's software for talent community outreach.
- Engaging Candidates:
- Connect with talent communities using appropriate media (phone, email, social media).
- Articulate the job opportunity's value proposition.
- Prepare candidates for interviews.
- Provide timely updates on application and interview status.
- Assessing Candidates:
- Draft and utilize phone interview templates.
- Evaluate candidate phone interview notes and skills assessments.
- Conduct skills testing and evaluations (if applicable).
- Review background and reference information (if applicable).
- Influencing the Hire:
- Maintain candidate engagement.
- Partner with hiring leaders to determine offer details.
- Articulate job offers and handle counter-offers.
- Service Excellence:
- Adhere to all regulations (OFCCP, etc.).
- Build strong candidate slates and talent pipelines.
- Provide accurate and regular reporting to hiring leaders and Cielo leadership.
- Identify and recommend solutions to search difficulties.
- Proactively communicate search status and provide recommendations.
Education: High school diploma required, Bachelor's degree preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 2+ years' recruiting experience in a corporate, RPO, or agency setting. Experience with ATS and social media tools required.
Functional/Technical Skills: Boolean search, Microsoft Office Suite, HR principles, and recruitment technologies.
