Recruiter is responsible for Service Excellence throughout the recruitment cycle.
Acts as a brand ambassador for the client, focused on delivering exceptional talent while providing proactive and timely communication on the status of the search.
Serves as subject matter expert in talent acquisition and provides consultative direction and industry expertise to hiring leaders.
Work Location: Remote for candidates based in Brazil only
Work Arrangement: Remote
Language Requirements: Trilingual (English, Spanish, Portuguese)
- Finding Candidates:
- Lead detailed job scope meeting with hiring leader to determine position specifications, providing relevant market data and recommendations on possible approaches to the search.
- Review candidates who have applied via Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Evaluate candidate qualifications against position requirements.
- Develop and manage recruitment marketing plans or sourcing plans.
- Source candidates via resume databases, search engines, and networking sites.
- Solicit and pursue referrals from business networks/internal referrals.
- Utilize Cielo's proprietary software for mobile and email campaigning.
- Engaging Candidates:
- Use appropriate media to connect with talent communities (phone, email, social media).
- Articulate value proposition to interested candidates.
- Prepare candidates for interviews, coaching them on logistics, schedule, attire, and expectations.
- Ensure timely updates on application and interview status.
- Assessing Candidates:
- Draft and utilize phone interview templates.
- Compare candidate phone interview notes and skills assessments with position requirements.
- Issue skills testing and evaluate results (if necessary).
- Review background and reference information (if necessary).
- Influencing the Hire:
- Keep candidates engaged throughout the process.
- Partner with hiring leader to determine offer details.
- Articulate job offer and drive for acceptance, anticipating and negotiating counter-offers.
- Service Excellence:
- Strict adherence to all regulations (OFCCP and other compliance standards).
- Deliver a strong candidate slate and continuously build talent pipelines.
- Provide accurate and regular reporting.
- Identify search difficulties and recommend solutions to internal and external stakeholders.
- Proactively communicate the status of each search to the hiring leader.
Education: High school diploma required. Bachelor's degree (business, management, HR, or related field) preferred.
Experience: Minimum 2+ years' recruiting experience with demonstrated success in a corporate, RPO, or agency setting. Experience using recruitment technologies (ATS, social media tools).
Skills: Proficient in Boolean search techniques for sourcing, Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), common HR principles/practices/metrics.
