Full-Time Recruiter

Recruiter Responsibilities:

• Finding Candidates: Conduct detailed job scope meetings with hiring leaders to determine position specifications, providing market data and recommendations. Review candidate applications in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). Evaluate candidate qualifications and select candidates for further consideration. Develop and manage recruitment marketing plans or sourcing strategies to identify appropriate candidate sources. Source candidates via resume databases, search engines, and networking sites using Boolean search language. Seek referrals from business networks and internal sources. Utilize Cielo's software for mobile and email campaigns to talent communities.
• Engaging Candidates: Connect with talent communities through various media (phone, email, social media). Articulate the job opportunity's value proposition. Prepare candidates for interviews, providing coaching on logistical information, interview schedules, appropriate attire, and expectations. Ensure timely updates on application and interview status.
• Assessing Candidates: Draft and use phone interview templates relevant to the job description. Independently evaluate candidate phone interview notes and skills assessments against position requirements. Conduct skills testing and evaluate results as needed. Review background and reference information as required.
• Influencing the Hire: Maintain candidate engagement throughout the process. Collaborate with hiring leaders to determine offer details using market data and compensation guidelines. Articulate job offers and drive candidate acceptance, anticipating and negotiating counter-offers.
• Service Excellence: Adhere to all regulations (OFCCP and other compliance standards). Deliver strong candidate slates and continuously build talent pipelines. Provide accurate and regular reports on recruiting activities to hiring leaders and Cielo leadership. Identify search challenges and propose solutions to internal and external stakeholders. Proactively communicate search status and provide recommendations to hiring leaders.
