Job Details
The Recruiter is responsible for Service Excellence throughout the recruitment cycle. They act as a brand ambassador for the client, focused on delivering exceptional talent while providing proactive and timely communication on the status of the search. They serve as subject matter expert in talent acquisition and provide consultative direction and industry expertise to hiring leader.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a detailed job scope meeting with the hiring leader.
- Review candidates in ATS.
- Evaluate candidate qualifications.
- Develop recruitment marketing plans.
- Source candidates via resume databases.
- Solicit referrals.
- Utilize Cielo’s software for mobile and email campaigning.
- Use media to connect with talent.
- Articulate value proposition to candidates.
- Prepare candidates for interviews.
- Ensure timely updates.
- Draft and utilize phone interview templates.
- Compare candidate notes and skills assessments.
- Issue skills testing.
- Review background and reference information.
- Keep candidates engaged.
- Partner with hiring leader to determine offer details.
- Articulate a job offer.
- Adhere to regulations.
- Deliver a strong candidate slate.
- Provide reporting of recruiting activities.
- Identify difficulties with searches and recommend solutions.
- Communicate the status of each search.
Experience:
Minimum of two or more years’ recruiting experience. Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media tools.
Functional/Technical Knowledge:
- Proficient in Boolean search techniques.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of Human Resources principles.
