About the Role: As a Recruiter, you will manage all hiring for customer/support and be a coach and project manager for hiring managers. Your responsibilities include:
- Understanding role requirements and developing sourcing strategies.
- Evaluating and engaging inbound candidates.
- Identifying and engaging potential candidates through various channels.
- Maintaining a candidate pipeline.
- Scheduling interviews and coordinating logistics.
- Conducting initial phone screens.
- Managing candidate communications and updates.
- Acting as project manager for the hiring process and trusted advisor.
- Developing and maintaining recruitment metrics and reports.
- Improving recruitment processes and candidate experience.
- Maintaining ATS (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, or Ashby).
- Preparing job descriptions and posting jobs.
- Assisting with North American hiring, if needed.
Skills and Experience:
- 3+ years of recruitment experience
- ATS experience (Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby)
- LinkedIn Recruiter and social media sourcing proficiency
- Understanding of sourcing techniques and tools
- Understanding of recruitment metrics and data-driven strategies
- Experience project managing hiring processes
- Experience managing hiring managers
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and build rapport with diverse people
- Proactive and self-motivated approach
- Technologically savvy (recruitment software, ATS, communication tools)
- Analytical thinking
