About the RoleAs a Recruiter at Firstbase, attract top talent and deliver an exceptional candidate experience, shaping the future of our remote-first hiring process.

ImpactDevelop forward-thinking recruitment strategies, lead interviews (junior-senior levels), showcase our culture, manage global hiring efforts across multiple countries/time zones, and maintain an organized recruiting pipeline.

Requirements

• LatAm-based (remote)
• 2+ years recruiting experience, ideally in high-speed environments, experience with remote-first teams is a plus.
• Strong English verbal/written communication, ability to connect with diverse candidates/stakeholders
• Strong organizational skills, juggling tasks, prioritizing effectively
• Recruiting software/job boards/social media experience, embracing new tools.
• Integrity and discretion handling sensitive information.
• Passion for recruiting, candidate experience, helping people find fulfilling roles.
• (Preferred) Experience in fast-paced startups/tech companies, driving innovation/growth hiring.
• (Preferred) Boolean search, advanced sourcing techniques across social/professional networks (LinkedIn, etc.).
