Contractor Recruiter

Recruiter This is a contract opportunity. This is a hybrid opportunity in Los Angeles (Onsite 2–3 days per week).

About this Position Our clients’ Talent Acquisition team is looking for a Recruiter to support recruitment efforts across various functions, including Communications, Public Policy/Global Affairs, Legal, and Marketing. This role collaborates closely with hiring teams to build high-performing teams that drive success.

Job Responsibilities

• Own the strategy and develop recruiting plans to expand talent pools, identifying and attracting top-tier candidates for roles ranging from entry-level to Director.
• Partner closely with recruiting researchers and hiring managers to align talent strategies with team needs, while providing coaching and advising on niche markets, compensation, and competitive trends.
• Manage full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, extending offers, and closing candidates, while effectively communicating Netflix’s unique culture.
• Assess and screen candidates using a consistent and structured review process.
• Leverage data and analytics to track progress and inform decision-making throughout the recruiting process.

Skills/Requirements

• 8+ years of Talent Acquisition experience, with expertise in full-cycle recruitment (sourcing, screening, and closing candidates).
• Proven ability to coach and influence senior leaders, preferably across corporate functions like Legal, Marketing, and Communications.
• Strong aptitude for working in complex, cross-functional environments.
• Demonstrated ability to use market insights to guide hiring decisions and create strategies.
• Self-motivated and curious, with a drive for continuous learning about business trends, market research, and recruitment best practices.
• Proficient in data analysis to support hiring goals.
• Experience with Eightfold is a strong plus.

Additional Information

• Hybrid work environment (Onsite 2–3 days per week).
• 6-month contract position.
• Pay Range: $50-$60/HR
