Full-Time Recruiter

• Source, screen, and qualify candidates for a variety of roles.
• Conduct initial interviews and assess candidate fit.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
• Manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Communicate professionally with applicants, ensuring a smooth and transparent recruitment process.

• C1-level (or higher) English proficiency — native or near-native required.
• Previous experience in recruitment or HR is a plus, but not required for motivated learners.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
