What You'll Do: User Interviews is a growing Series B startup. As a Recruiter, you'll be a key player in building our team. You'll report to the Talent Acquisition Manager and partner with hiring managers across the company. This isn't just about filling roles, it's about finding the right people who thrive in our culture.
Responsibilities:
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: From sourcing to closing candidates.
- Talent Pipelines: Proactively source top talent.
- Culture Ambassador: Represent User Interviews authentically.
- Hiring Manager Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to define roles, create interview plans, and align on strategies.
- Candidate Experience: Provide an exceptional experience for every candidate.
- Optimize Hiring Processes: Continuously evaluate and improve our hiring workflows.
- Data-Driven Recruiting: Partner with the Talent Acquisition Manager to identify areas for improvement using data insights.
What Success Looks Like: Build strong relationships with top talent; excite candidates about User Interviews; build diverse pipelines and innovative sourcing strategies.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 2+ years full-cycle, high-volume recruiting experience.
- Proven ability to recruit for multiple functions.
- Strong sourcing skills, building diverse pipelines.
- Exceptional people skills.
- Proficient with Greenhouse (or similar ATS).
- Strong organizational skills.
- Located in the USA and authorized to work without visa sponsorship.
