Job SummaryAs a Recruiter, you will lead the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding. You will collaborate with hiring managers across different business units to fulfill workforce demands while upholding DEI best practices. This role requires a results-driven professional with strong networking, interviewing, and talent management skills. You will play a key role in employee retention.
Key Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
- Develop and execute strategic recruitment plans to meet hiring goals.
- Proactively source candidates using various methods (job boards, LinkedIn, referrals).
- Leverage HR technology and automation.
- Track key HR metrics (time-to-fill, offer acceptance rates).
- Interview & Selection Process
- Conduct behavioral and skills-based interviews.
- Partner with hiring managers to ensure structured interviews.
- Facilitate pre-employment assessments.
- Ensure compliance.
- Candidate Experience & Employer Branding
- Promote Yokly's company culture.
- Provide timely communication and feedback to candidates.
- Develop engaging and inclusive job descriptions.
- Onboarding & Employee Engagement
- Collaborate with HR and hiring managers for seamless onboarding.
- Implement retention strategies.
- Encourage new employee participation in Agapay Samaritans initiatives.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in outsourcing or remote staffing.
- Experience with ATS and recruitment platforms.
- Strong understanding of talent acquisition strategies and DEI best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze recruitment data.
- High professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
