Full-Time Recruiter Construction

Turner and Townsend is seeking a Recruiter with experience identifying candidates to support our growing business. This position will manage recruitment for all levels and disciplines.

Responsibilities:

• Manage full lifecycle recruitment process.
• Prioritize urgent requisitions and manage workload.
• Partner with hiring managers for consistent communication.
• Schedule meetings with hiring teams.
• Collaborate with recruitment coordinator for job postings and scheduling.
• Review candidate CVs/resumes.
• Source and build candidate pipelines.
• Screen candidates and assess knowledge, technical capabilities, and soft skills.
• Be the point of contact for candidates and guide them through the process.
• Convey brand effectively to candidates.
• Enter screening notes and feedback into ATS.
• Extend and issue offers.
• Coordinate references for new hires.
• Seek feedback from line/hiring managers for improvement.
• Support diversity and inclusion initiatives.
• Assist wider recruitment team with tasks as needed (scheduling, projects, documentation, job postings, references, offers, tracking).
• Adhere to SOX controls where applicable.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years recruitment experience (sourcer/recruiter).
• Bachelor's degree preferred, but experience can substitute.
• High emotional intelligence.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Applicant Tracking System (ATS) experience.
• Proven success placing candidates.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proactive, willingness to learn and improve efficiency.
• Ability to exercise judgement and discretion with confidential information.
