Full-Time Recruiter Construction

• Manage the full life cycle recruitment process.
• Prioritize urgent requisitions.
• Partner with hiring managers.
• Schedule intake meetings.
• Collaborate with the recruitment coordinator for job postings and interview scheduling.
• Review CVs / resumes in a timely manner.
• Source and build strong candidate pipelines.
• Screen candidates and assess relevant knowledge, technical capabilities, and soft skills.
• Act as the point of contact for candidates.
• Convey our brand to candidates.
• Enter screening notes and feedback into the applicant tracking system.
• Extend and issue offers.
• Coordinate with recruitment coordinator to trigger references for new hires.
• Seek feedback for continued improvement.
• Support diversity and inclusion initiatives.
• Assist with administrative functions.

• Minimum of 3 years of recruitment experience as a sourcer or recruiter.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• High emotional intelligence.
• Proficient Microsoft Office.
• Prior experience utilizing an applicant tracking system.
• Proven success placing good candidates consistently.
• Excellent communication skills
• Proactive and willing to learn.
• Ability to exercise judgement and discretion.
