Full-Time Recruiter (F/M)

What we're going to achieve together:

Responsible for the entire recruitment process in the Belgium area; First contact person throughout the whole application process; Active search of candidates; Create and publish the recruitment ads; Screening of applicants (phone and face-to-face interviews); Extend the hiring offers to the eligible candidates; Building a database of suitable candidates; Provide regular updates and reports on the recruiting activities; Encourage the employee referral program and follow up timely on each recommendation.

This is the right job for you if:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, Psychology or related discipline;
• Proficiency in English & Dutch or French;
• Ability to deliver results and to effectively manage multiple projects and candidates;
• Forward-looking, flexibility and creativity;
• Good interpersonal and collaborative skills, ability to communicate with individuals at all levels;
• Ability to prioritize and plan work activities, use time efficiently, and have  good organisational skills;
• Good knowledge of psychology - knowledge of human behaviour and of human performance;
• The ability to mediate, negotiate and represent.
