Recruiter (German Speaker)
Service Excellence:
- Strict adherence to all regulations (OFCCP and compliance standards).
- Deliver strong candidate slate, building talent pipelines for qualified candidates.
- Accurate and regular reporting of recruiting activities to hiring leader and Cielo leadership, highlighting metrics and efforts.
- Identify search difficulties and recommend solutions to internal and external stakeholders.
- Proactive and regular communication of search status to hiring leader, with consultative approach and recommendations.
Influencing the Hire:
- Keep candidates engaged throughout process, ensuring consistent communication on search status.
- Partner with hiring leader to determine offer details, using market data and compensation guidelines to support recommendations.
- Articulate job offer to candidate, drive for acceptance, anticipating and negotiating counter-offers.
Assessing Candidates:
- Draft and use phone interview templates appropriate to job description.
- Independently compare candidate phone interview notes and skills assessments with position requirements to determine match.
- Issue skills testing (if needed) and evaluate results.
- Review background and reference information (if needed).
Engaging Candidates:
- Use appropriate media to connect with talent communities (phone, email, social media, etc.).
- Articulate value proposition to interested candidates.
- Prepare candidates for interviews, coaching on logistics, schedule, attire, and expectations.
- Provide timely updates concerning application and interview status.
Finding Candidates:
- Lead detailed job scope meeting with hiring leader to determine position specifications, provide market data, and recommend search/candidate approaches.
- Review candidates applying via ATS.
- Evaluate candidate qualifications against requirements and determine who to move forward in process.
- Develop and manage recruitment marketing/sourcing plans to find appropriate candidate sources.
- Source candidates via resume databases, search engines, and networking sites using Boolean search language.
- Solicit referrals from business networks and internal referrals.
- Utilize Cielo's proprietary software for mobile and email campaigning to talent communities.
Must Haves:
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with hiring managers, HR, and department heads to understand hiring needs and priorities.
- Strong communication and influencing skills to adopt best practices in recruitment and navigate challenging scenarios.
- Sourcing experience with ability to think outside the box when building recruitment strategy.
Work Setup:Fully remote
Work Location:Open to anywhere in EMEA (preferably Hungary, Poland, UK)
Language:English & German (additional European languages advantageous)
Recruiting experience:Inhouse, RPO, or agency setting
Skills:Strong in Boolean search techniques, x-ray for sourcing, proficient in Microsoft Office, and experience using an ATS (e.g., workday/Taleo/SAP).
