What You Get To Do:
Manage a high-volume requisition load, build candidate pipelines, and foster hiring manager relationships. Perform various functional tasks, pivoting to immediate hiring needs. Focus on hiring for DSP and Ancillary roles (within assigned caseload). May occasionally hire for Program Manager/Director roles. Additional hiring needs may be added for other regions.
Partner with hiring managers and HR partners to facilitate the full recruitment process (from search initiation to offer extension and onboarding communication).
Source candidates through various methods (company career site, job boards, referrals).
Screen candidates to evaluate skills and motivators, and contact references.
Maintain an active candidate pipeline within SmartRecruiters, including adding appropriate tags.
Foster relationships with hiring managers and provide insight into recruitment roadblocks.
Deliver an exceptional candidate experience and represent Dungarvin as a brand ambassador.
May attend community events, career fairs, and networking events.
Required Experience:
Minimum one year of focused high-volume recruiting experience and a bachelor's degree, or two years of experience and a high school diploma/GED.
Experience sourcing, interviewing, and hiring for hourly workforces (healthcare, social services, retail, manufacturing, hospitality).
Experience with customer service and job boards/portals (Indeed, ZipRecruiter, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn).
ATS experience required with a preference for SmartRecruiters.
