What You Get To Do:
Manage high-volume requisitions, build candidate pipelines, and foster hiring manager relationships. Deliver stellar candidate service and act as a brand ambassador.
Tasks Include:
- Partner with hiring managers to facilitate the entire recruitment process.
- Source candidates via various methods (career site, job boards, etc.).
- Screen candidates, evaluate skills, and understand motivators. Contact references.
- Maintain candidate pipeline using SmartRecruiters.
- Foster relationships with hiring managers, providing insight into recruitment roadblocks.
- Represent Dungarvin at community events as needed.
Requirements:
- Minimum one year of focused high-volume recruiting experience + bachelor's degree, or high school diploma/GED + two years of experience.
- Experience sourcing, interviewing, and hiring hourly workforces (healthcare, social services, retail, etc.) preferred.
- Experience with customer service and job boards (Indeed, ZipRecruiter, etc.).
- ATS experience (SmartRecruiters preferred).
