What You Get To Do:
Manage a high-volume requisition load, build candidate pipelines, and foster strong hiring manager relationships. Perform various functional tasks focused on operations, pivoting to current hiring needs.
Focuses on hiring for DSP, Ancillary (Non-DSP) roles within assigned caseload. May also hire for Program Manager and Program Director roles. Additional needs may arise for other regions.
Partner with hiring managers and HR to facilitate the entire recruitment process, from opening a search to offer extension and onboarding communication.
Source candidates via various methods (company career site, job boards, etc.).
Screen candidates, contact references, and evaluate viability.
Maintain a strong candidate pipeline in SmartRecruiters and utilize the talent community.
Provide insights into recruitment roadblocks (compensation, skills, sourcing).
Deliver an exceptional candidate experience and act as a brand ambassador.
May attend community events, career fairs, hiring events, and networking events.
REQUIRED:
Minimum of one year of high-volume recruiting experience + bachelor's degree, or two years of experience + high school diploma/GED.
Experience sourcing, interviewing, and hiring hourly workforces (healthcare, social services, retail, manufacturing, hospitality).
Experience with customer service and job boards (Indeed, ZipRecruiter, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn).
ATS experience with preference for SmartRecruiters.
