Full-Time Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist

What You Get To Do: In this role, you will manage a high-volume requisition load, build candidates, and ensure stellar service for candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with hiring managers and HR to facilitate the entire recruitment process.
• Source candidates using various methods (company career site, job boards, etc.).
• Screen candidates to evaluate skills and motivators.
• Contact references to assess candidate viability.
• Maintain a candidate pipeline.
• Foster relationships with hiring managers.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience.
• Attend community events, career fairs, etc. as needed.

Requirements:

• Minimum of one year of focused high-volume recruiting experience + Bachelor's degree, or two years + High School Diploma/GED.
• Experience sourcing, interviewing, and hiring hourly workforces (healthcare, retail, etc.) is preferred.
• Experience with customer service is preferred.
• Experience with job boards (Indeed, ZipRecruiter, etc.) is preferred.
• ATS experience, preferably with SmartRecruiters.
