Full-Time Recruiter/Talent Acquisition

What You Get To Do: In this role, you will manage a high-volume requisition load, build candidate relationships, and provide excellent service to candidates.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with hiring managers and HR to facilitate recruitment.
• Source candidates through various methods (company site, job boards, referrals).
• Screen candidates to evaluate skills and motivations; contact references.
• Maintain a candidate pipeline using SmartRecruiters.
• Foster relationships with hiring managers, providing insights.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience and act as brand ambassador.
• Attend community events, career fairs, and networking events (as needed).

Requirements:

• Minimum of one year of focused high-volume recruiting experience + bachelor's degree, or two years of experience + high school diploma/GED.
• Experience sourcing, interviewing, and hiring hourly workforces (e.g., healthcare, retail).
• Experience with job boards and portals (Indeed, ZipRecruiter, LinkedIn).
• ATS experience (SmartRecruiters preferred).
• Current Washington State Residency
