Full-Time Recruiting Consultant - Full Time

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Recruiting Consultant.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, job boards, and other recruiting technologies.
• Conduct outreach through multiple channels, including cold calling, email, and social media.
• Perform in-depth screenings and interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications.
• Collaborate closely with team members.
• Utilize ATS and other tools.
• Ensure excellent candidate experience.
• Stay current on industry trends.
• Write job descriptions and interview templates.

Requirements:

• BA or associate degree & 3+ years of experience
• Proven experience as a recruiter in a fast-paced environment
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed
• Strong ability to assess candidates and conduct structured interviews
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills
• Team player
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions
• Proficient with MS Office 365
• Experience with ATS and recruitment software
