Role Summary: As a Recruiting Coordinator, you'll play a critical role in our recruiting team, ensuring a smooth hiring process. You'll manage scheduling, communications, and operations, collaborating closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates. You'll also be essential in onboarding new team members.
What You'll Do:
- Coordinate interview schedules across multiple time zones, ensuring a positive candidate and interviewer experience.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, providing timely updates and an exceptional experience.
- Manage job postings across platforms and track applicant flow in our ATS.
- Maintain meticulous records of candidate progress, feedback, and hiring metrics in the ATS.
- Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to prepare and distribute interview materials and candidate information.
- Partner with People Operations on offer letters, onboarding, and cross-functional initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to streamline recruiting processes for high-volume environments.
- Partner with People Operations to assist with new hire orientation, ensuring a welcoming and organized onboarding experience.
What We're Looking For:
- 2+ years of experience as a Recruiting Coordinator in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and stakeholders.
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills, with a strong attention to detail.
- Experience with ATS platforms (e.g., Ashby, Greenhouse).
- A service-oriented mindset with a passion for a top-tier candidate experience.
- Comfort with ambiguity and adaptability to changing priorities in a high-growth setting.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and scheduling tools.
