Full-Time Recruiting Coordinator

What you’ll do:

• Schedule all interviews through our candidate scheduling tool, GoodTime, while keeping all candidates consistently up to date on status.
• Champion our culture and represent Underdog as the first point of contact to candidates.
• Create an exceptional, high touch candidate experience and evangelize the importance of this in staying competitive as an employer of choice.
• Become an expert in GoodTime and Greenhouse ATS, and pull reports, maintain data integrity, and help manage configuration.
• Contribute to side projects related to our employer brand, onboarding, and other related recruiting operations needs.
• Manage and streamline the inbound application process, ensuring timely review and accurate tracking to support efficient hiring workflows.

Even better if you have…

• 1+ year of professional experience
• Experience in a fast-paced environment and/or corporate administrative experience
• Experience with GoodTime Scheduling, Greenhouse, and / or other applicant tracking systems
