Recruiting Coordinator
Our client is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to support their team.
- Conduct initial screenings for potential candidates
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Manage and update the applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Assist in creating and posting job advertisements
- Provide administrative support to the HR team
- Coordinate and schedule pre-employment assessments and background checks
- Maintain communication with candidates
- Prepare offer letters and coordinate onboarding
- Perform other HR administrative tasks as needed
Experience: 2+ years' experience
Location: CST Time Zone
Skills: High-volume recruiting, strong verbal and written communication, ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
