Full-Time Recruiting Manager Team Lead

• Lead & Inspire: Manage a team of outbound sales recruiters, ensuring consistent performance, high engagement, and professional development. Motivate and coach recruiters to exceed KPIs and revenue goals.
• Recruit & Onboard: Hire, train, and develop new recruiters as we scale. Ensure alignment with our culture, values, and performance standards.
• Drive Results: Set, track, and achieve ambitious KPIs and revenue targets for individuals and the team. Use data-driven leadership to guide decisions and optimize performance.
• Optimize & Improve: Analyze recruiting metrics and workflows to improve speed, quality, and fill rates. Implement best practices to streamline delivery and scale sustainably.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with account managers and senior leadership to align talent delivery with client needs and business strategy.

• Proven success managing a team of outbound recruiters in a headhunting or executive search agency
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed KPIs and revenue targets in a high-performance recruitment environment
• Deep knowledge of the sales recruiting lifecycle
• Empathetic and direct leadership style with a strong sense of accountability
• Excellent coaching, communication, and performance management skills
• A mindset of action, ownership, and continuous improvement
• Must be located in Canada
