This is a remote position.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct data enrichment activities within the company's candidate management system
- Research and update candidate contact information including phone numbers and current employment details
- Review resumes and profiles to identify qualified candidates, particularly in accounting and finance roles
- Perform data entry tasks to maintain accurate and current candidate records
- Support the recruiting team by ensuring database integrity and completeness
Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail and data entry skills
- Ability to recognize qualified candidates from resume reviews (particularly accounting professionals)
- Previous recruiting or sourcing experience preferred but not required
- Proficiency with database management and research tools
- Strong organizational and time management skills
