We are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive, and hands-on Recruiting Operations & Program Manager to serve as the right hand to our Head of Recruiting. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, tech-forward environment and enjoys both strategic oversight and tactical execution.
You’ll drive hiring efficiency, set clear KPIs and timelines for both internal and external delivery, and ensure seamless collaboration between recruiters, hiring managers, and cross-functional stakeholders. This is a player-coach role — meaning you’ll not only design and manage processes but also roll up your sleeves to solve problems and elevate candidate quality.
Key Responsibilities:- Drive Recruiting Project Execution:
Oversee end-to-end recruiting operations across multiple roles, departments, and client engagements
Set and enforce KPI targets and delivery timelines for open roles. Act as Player/Coach to team to help them optimize talent delivery in terms of quality and speed. Track progress against hiring goals and resolve bottlenecks early - Team Enablement & Leadership:
Conduct regular check-ins with recruiters to monitor progress, problem-solve, and provide hands-on guidance when mandates stall
Act as a thought leader to recruiting leads and the Head of Recruiting on how to improve speed and quality of hires - Process Optimization & Tooling:
Standardize and improve workflows, intake processes, and candidate pipelines
Own usage and optimization of the ATS (Greenhouse, Lever, JazzHR, etc.)
Partner with leadership to roll out new tools and training across the recruiting team - Data & Analytics:
Build dashboards to track recruiting funnel metrics, time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, and recruiter productivity
Deliver regular reports and insights to stakeholders to drive informed decisions - Stakeholder & Client Alignment:
Collaborate with internal hiring managers and external clients to ensure timely delivery of high-quality talent
Serve as a liaison to ensure expectations are aligned and SLAs are met - Additional Initiatives:
Support employer branding, onboarding, and vendor relationships
Drive initiatives to improve candidate experience and sourcing outcomes
- 5+ years in recruiting operations, talent program management, or a similar role
- Strong project management skills; ability to juggle multiple workstreams with competing timelines
- Experience setting and managing recruiting KPIs
- Familiarity with ATS systems and recruiting tools (Greenhouse, Lever, JazzHR, etc.)
- Excellent communication and team leadership skills
- Analytical mindset with experience in metrics reporting and dashboard creation
- A hands-on, problem-solving mentality — you’re comfortable stepping in to help close a hard-to-fill role or improve a broken process
- Experience in a BPO or high-volume hiring environment is a plus
- PMP, PHR, or similar certification is a bonus, not a requirement
