Recruitment and Mobility Management
The Recruiter and Mobility Manager will manage recruitment processes across markets. This involves supporting recruitment efforts in some countries and leading in others.
Responsibilities include organizing and coordinating team member relocation for short or long-term assignments.
Handle relationships with service providers who hire contractors in markets without local entities.
Implement robust processes for recruitment and team member mobility, enhancing efficiency and positivity.
Assist hiring managers, ensuring internal processes and legal compliance are followed.
Support company expansion into new markets, including recruitment drives (travel may be required).
Understand local organization structures and needs, assisting with onboarding.
Support relevant recruitment needs in mature markets (replacements, new roles, internal transfers).
Maintain HR systems, databases, and employee/candidate information, adhering to GDPR.
Recruitment Management
- Lead and support recruitment efforts.
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle (sourcing, interviewing, onboarding).
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand needs.
- Ensure effective stakeholder management through regular, open communication.
- Support recruitment drives in new market scale-up activities.
- Support screening processes in the EMEA business area.
- Ensure market cultural components are factored into processes.
- Maintain alignment with company KPIs and initiatives.
Global Mobility Coordination
- Organize and manage team member movement for international assignments.
- Ensure compliance with immigration and relocation policies.
- Establish systems and tools supporting mobility processes.
- Provide support and guidance to relocating employees.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for smooth transitions.
- Ensure all activities related to the process are considered and have actions against them.
Service Provider Management
- Establish and maintain relationships with service providers for pre-market entry employment.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with service providers.
- Monitor and evaluate service provider performance to ensure quality and compliance.
- Ensure all agreements and supplier relationships follow internal policy and external legislation.
