Job Details

We are looking for a new Recruitment Business Partner to join our team in one of our growing communities from Iasi, Brasov or Timisoara. The colleague will play a crucial role in shaping and executing recruitment strategies to attract highly skilled professionals who will drive our organization's success.
Responsibilities
  1. Strategic Talent Acquisition & Business Impact: Design and implement recruitment strategies that align with business objectives and hiring needs. Drive scalable recruitment processes that support organizational growth and talent acquisition goals.
  2. Market Insights & Proactive Hiring Strategies: Leverage market research and talent mapping to understand hiring trends and IT talent pools. Use these insights to proactively adjust strategies and address hiring challenges.
  3. End-to-End Recruitment Process Management: Own the full-cycle recruitment process, from role scoping and candidate sourcing to competency-based interviewing and offer negotiation. Ensure seamless execution and compliance with best hiring practices.
  4. Candidate Pipeline Development & Engagement: Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience. Utilize creative sourcing techniques and talent networks to attract top-tier talent.
  5. Stakeholder Collaboration & Advisory: Partner with hiring managers and cross-functional teams to define job requirements, selection criteria, and hiring expectations. Provide data-driven insights and consultation to improve decision-making.
  6. Continuous Improvement & Innovation: Regularly review recruitment processes and candidate feedback to identify opportunities for improvement. Implement innovative recruitment solutions and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Must-Have:
  • 4+ years of experience in designing and executing recruitment strategies, particularly in IT and functional areas
  • Strong market research and talent analysis skills, with the ability to anticipate hiring trends and challenges
  • Hands-on experience in full-cycle recruitment, including competency-based interviewing
  • Expertise in recruitment tools, sourcing strategies, and talent acquisition technologies
  • Ability to engage and consult with senior stakeholders, providing data-driven recruitment insights
  • Expertise with generating recruitment metrics, data analysis, and reporting for continuous process optimization
  • Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and communication skills to manage complex hiring needs effectively
Nice-to-Have:
  • Experience with employer branding initiatives and talent attraction campaigns
  • Involvement in initiatives aimed at improving recruitment processes and enhancing candidate experience
