Job Details
We are looking for a Recruitment Business Partner to join our team. The colleague will play a crucial role in shaping and executing recruitment strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Strategic Talent Acquisition & Business Impact: Design and implement recruitment strategies.
- Market Insights & Proactive Hiring Strategies: Leverage market research and talent mapping.
- End-to-End Recruitment Process Management: Own the full-cycle recruitment process.
- Candidate Pipeline Development & Engagement: Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Stakeholder Collaboration & Advisory: Partner with hiring managers.
- Continuous Improvement & Innovation: Regularly review recruitment processes.
Must-Have:
- 4+ years of experience in designing and executing recruitment strategies, particularly in IT and functional areas
- Strong market research and talent analysis skills
- Hands-on experience in full-cycle recruitment, including competency-based interviewing
- Expertise in recruitment tools, sourcing strategies, and talent acquisition technologies
- Ability to engage and consult with senior stakeholders
- Expertise with generating recruitment metrics, data analysis, and reporting
- Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and communication skills
Nice-to-Have:
- Experience with employer branding initiatives and talent attraction campaigns
- Involvement in initiatives aimed at improving recruitment processes and enhancing candidate experience
