Full-Time Recruitment Consultant

We are looking for a Recruitment Specialist to join our team in Sofia. We seek motivated candidates eager to develop in a fast-growing tech consultancy.

Your responsibilities include:

• Recruitment and selection (pre-screening, interviews, database, negotiation)
• Headhunting: Proactive candidate sourcing
• Building strong candidate relationships
• Managing employee documentation
• Conducting appraisals and exit interviews
• Coordinating new joiner onboarding
• Collaborating with leadership on HR strategies
• Contributing to employee engagement events

What you need:

• 2+ years IT recruitment experience
• Proven LinkedIn Recruiter and job board experience
• Professional English proficiency
• Strong communication, positive attitude
• Collaborative spirit and independence
• Strong time management, prioritization, and problem-solving skills

Plus points:

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
• HR Generalist experience
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
