Wilson is looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our team.
Role Description:
- Act as a trusted client advisor and candidate advocate.
- Use recruitment strategies and market intelligence to deliver talent.
- Oversee the selection process: identifying, assessing, and interviewing candidates.
- Build and maintain a candidate network.
- Develop recruitment strategies to identify candidates.
- Present talent, overcome objections, and consult with hiring managers.
- Maintain client and candidate relationships.
- Meet weekly and monthly goals.
- Update reports and applicant tracking system data.
Qualifications:
- Proven ability in recruiting, market research, sourcing, and negotiating.
- Ability to exceed expectations and implement feedback.
- Strong client focus and commitment to improvement.
- Ability to execute recruitment strategies.
- Strong time prioritization skills and flexibility.
- Computer proficiency and experience with applicant tracking systems.
