Position Type: Contract, Full-Time, Remote
Working Hours: 4pm to 1am PKT
About Pavago:
Pavago is seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to be an integral part of our HR team, supporting recruitment across various clients. Manage candidate communication, scheduling, and ensure a streamlined hiring process using tools like Workable and Asana.
Responsibilities:
- Candidate Management: Schedule and coordinate candidate interviews. Communicate professionally with candidates.
- Recruitment Operations: Assist in job postings, sourcing candidates, and maintaining the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Onboarding Support: Collaborate with HR and hiring managers for new hire onboarding, preparing materials, and conducting orientations.
- Administrative Support: Handle administrative tasks like expense reimbursements and recruitment documentation.

Required Experience & Skills:

- Experience Level: Minimum 1 year in a recruiting coordinator role, preferably in a recruitment agency or corporate HR setting.
- Technical Expertise: Proficiency in recruitment software (Workable, Asana, etc.), basic understanding of HR metrics, and adapting quickly to new technologies.
