Full-Time Recruitment Sourcer

Aerospace Sourcer Responsibilities:

Identifies, sources, and engages top talent for aerospace positions.

Actively researches and builds a pipeline of qualified candidates, especially for engineering, manufacturing, design, and related technical roles.

Collaborates with recruiters to attract top candidates.

Talent Sourcing:

• Utilizes various sourcing methods, including job boards, databases, social media, and professional networks.
• Employs advanced search techniques (Boolean, LinkedIn).
• Builds and maintains a strong talent pipeline for current and future aerospace roles.

Candidate Engagement:

• Engages qualified candidates via email, phone, or social media.
• Develops and maintains relationships with high-potential candidates.
• Conducts initial assessments to evaluate skills, qualifications, and cultural fit for aerospace roles.

Collaboration with Hiring Managers:

• Partners with recruiters and hiring managers to understand requirements and needs.
• Provides market insights on talent availability, salary expectations, and trends.

Candidate Database Management:

• Maintains an organized and updated candidate database.
• Tracks and manages candidate interactions in applicant tracking systems (ATS).

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in sourcing or recruiting, ideally in aerospace, engineering, or manufacturing.
• Familiarity with aerospace-specific roles (engineers, avionics specialists, etc.).
• Experience with ATS and recruitment software.
• Strong online sourcing skills (LinkedIn, job boards, social media).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• English proficiency required.
