Full-Time Referral Coordinator

About the Role: The Referral Coordinator triages incoming patient referrals, ensuring smooth provider experiences. Administrative duties are key. Must be detail-oriented, organized, and highly communicative. This role collaborates daily with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with teams to triage patients and support referral partners.
2. Serve as a liaison between new providers and Clinical Partnerships.
3. Manage data (CRM, EMR, data analytics).
4. Manage confidential health information.
5. Input accurate data and assist with audits.
6. Field provider questions about services and referral processes.
7. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree
• 2+ years experience in customer service or case management (preferably healthcare)
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Strong organizational skills for fast-paced environments
• Comfortable with remote work, high autonomy, and self-motivation
• Ability to think critically, handle challenges, and adapt quickly
• Willingness to travel as needed
• Desire to work at a growing health tech startup
