Job Details
Provide operational leadership to assigned dermatology practices, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Optimize scheduling, staffing models, and workflow processes.
Support recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies.
Ensure consistent implementation of best practices.
Monitor and improve operational processes including inventory management, EMR utilization, and front desk operations.
Partner with Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) teams to improve co-pay collections, charge capture, and claims resolution.
Analyze financial metrics and implement improvements.
Track and analyze operational Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Present performance reports and recommendations to senior leadership.
Collaborate with the Regional Vice President to develop and execute regional strategies.
Lead integration efforts for newly acquired practices.
Serve as liaison between practice sites and corporate departments.
Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning processes.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive leadership experience in multi-site healthcare operations.
- Experience in revenue cycle management, staff development, and performance improvement.
