Full-Time Regional Dermatology Practice Manager

Provide operational leadership to assigned dermatology practices, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and standards.

Optimize scheduling, staffing models, and workflow processes to enhance patient access, provider productivity, and overall efficiency.

Support recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies in collaboration with HR and local leadership.

Ensure consistent implementation of best practices across offices to maintain high standards of patient experience, compliance, and operational performance.

Monitor and improve operational processes including inventory management, EMR utilization, and front desk operations.

Partner with Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) teams to improve co-pay collections, charge capture, and claims resolution.

Analyze financial metrics and implement improvements in front-end RCM processes.

Track and analyze operational Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Present performance reports and recommendations to senior leadership.

Collaborate with the Regional Vice President of Practice Operations to develop and execute regional strategies.

Lead integration efforts for newly acquired practices, ensuring operational readiness and cultural alignment.

Serve as liaison between practice sites and corporate departments to streamline communication and resolve issues.

Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning processes.

Experience: Minimum of 7 years of progressive leadership experience in multi-site healthcare operations, preferably in dermatology or outpatient specialty care.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field required; Master’s degree preferred
