Job Details
Provide operational leadership to dermatology practices, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Optimize scheduling, staffing, and workflow for patient access and efficiency.
Support recruitment, onboarding, and retention.
Ensure consistent implementation of best practices for patient experience and compliance.
Monitor operational processes including inventory management and EMR utilization.
Partner with RCM teams to improve collections and claims resolution.
Analyze financial metrics and implement improvements.
Track operational KPIs and present performance reports to leadership.
Collaborate on regional strategies focused on growth and patient satisfaction.
Lead integration efforts for newly acquired practices.
Serve as liaison between practice sites and corporate departments.
Contribute to budgeting and strategic planning.
Education and Experience:- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum 7 years of leadership experience in multi-site healthcare operations.
- Experience in revenue cycle management and performance improvement.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills.
- Analytical and strategic problem-solving abilities.
