Renesas Electronics America (REA) is seeking an exceptional HR professional to support business leaders and employees across the US, fostering business success and a world-class employee experience. This role requires US-based candidates located in the Central or Eastern time zones.
Responsibilities:
- Understanding business unit priorities, challenges, and goals across North America.
- Partnering with employees, business leaders, COE's, and Global HRBPs for high-quality commercial advisory support on various employment topics.
- Ensuring effective programs directly impacting employee experience, collaborating with relevant COEs.
- Promoting a culture balancing business needs with employee advocacy.
- Proactively identifying trends and themes impacting business goals.
- Supporting local talent planning with Global HR Business Partners and COEs.
- Monitoring local legislative changes, updating policies, and engaging legal counsel as needed.
- Advising business leaders, Business Unit HRBPs, and COEs on market requirements concerning individual employees and teams (performance management, restructuring, etc.).
- Contributing to talent/retention/succession planning discussions, offering a local perspective.
Experience: Minimum 8-12 years of related HR experience in the Tech or semiconductor industry.
