What you’ll do Oversee high-quality, legally compliant care support services within a designated area, meeting CCH Group's business needs. Provide leadership to Branch Managers (domiciliary and extra care schemes).
What you need Efficient, organized, experienced Regional Manager passionate about community care. Previous leadership and business development experience in social care/domiciliary care. Strong budget, business management, and commercial skills. Experience managing and developing teams to deliver high-volume care hours across multiple contracts.
