What you’ll doThe Regional Manager oversees high-quality, legally compliant care support within a designated area, meeting CCH Group needs. You lead Branch Managers (domiciliary and extra care schemes).
What you needEfficient, organized, and experienced Regional Manager passionate about community care. Proven leadership and business development in a multi-site domiciliary care setting. Strong budgeting, commercial, and operational management skills. Ability to lead, inspire, and develop teams to deliver high-volume care hours across multiple contracts. Essential: Full driving license and access to a car.
