Full-Time Regional Manager - Spec ER Urgent Care

Leadership and management: Personally responsible for overseeing and leading the practice managers at each hospital.

Responsibilities include:

• Working directly with practice managers on operations (staffing, inventory, budgeting, scheduling, marketing, training, HR).
• Acting as a key resource and partner to managing veterinarians.
• Building strong relationships with managing veterinarians and incorporating their feedback/goals.
• Collaborating with the Vice President of Operations to review financial reports and develop strategies.
• Reviewing non-financial reports (inventory, scheduling) and driving improvement plans.
• Managing post-acquisition integration for newly acquired clinics.
• Traveling to practices 4 days per week (with 1 office day, potentially 5 days as needed).
• Occasional late nights/weekends may be required.

Qualifications:

• Strong communication, team building, and leadership skills.
• Highly organized and able to manage time effectively.
• 3+ years managing multiple locations for a multi-site veterinary operator.
• Experience in veterinary specialty, emergency, and/or urgent care.
• Veterinary credential technician experience (preferred but not required).
• Self-starter, entrepreneurial spirit, and initiative.
• Strong analytical skills and budget/financial statement review experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• CVPM (desirable, not required).
• Must live in or be willing to relocate to North Carolina, South Carolina, or Georgia.
