About Us: We are a group of 25+ nationwide industry leaders providing custom HVAC products and services.
Role: Regional Payroll Manager, East. Responsible for overseeing payroll operations for the East Coast subsidiaries.
Responsibilities:
- Payroll Processing: Oversee the end-to-end payroll process for the region, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Adherence to Payroll Policies: Review payroll procedures and provide guidance to employees and payroll team.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws and regulations.
- Team Leadership: Mentor the regional payroll team, providing guidance and support.
- Reporting: Prepare and present payroll reports to the Payroll Director and other stakeholders.
- Issue Resolution: Address and resolve payroll-related issues and discrepancies.
- System Management: Maintain and optimize payroll systems and software.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify and assist with implementation of process improvements.
- Collaboration: Work closely with HR, Finance, and other departments.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of payroll management experience.
- Strong knowledge of payroll systems and software.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills and comfortable with Excel.
- Good knowledge of relevant legislation.
- Strong communication skills
- Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) designation preferred.
Estimated Salary: $115,000 - $130,000 depending on experience.
