• Reporting to the Managing Director, you'll lead, manage and develop a team of Area Sales Managers to achieve regional objectives. • Building strong, lasting relationships with our channel and specification customers will be at the heart of your role. • Your leadership will set ambitious goals, foster a thriving environment, and shape the future of our regional operations. • Manage and grow our channel accounts with innovative sales and marketing strategies.
Requirements
• Extensive commercial experience at the leadership/management level • Strong leadership and an inspirational role model • A strategic approach with the ability to balance the demands of a fast-paced business • The ability to influence, persuade and negotiate • An inquisitive nature that will develop you and the business • The confidence to use your initiative, identify opportunities and act upon them • A passion for building lasting relationships and networks
