Full-Time Regional Service Manager

Clymac is seeking a Regional Service Manager to lead a regional service team. The ideal candidate will deliver efficient and effective service, build customer relationships, and ensure revenue generation while maintaining health and safety compliance.

Responsibilities:

• Manage operational service delivery, meeting compliance targets.
• Ensure sufficient resourcing of skilled engineers.
• Conduct performance reviews and competency assessments.
• Manage Lead Engineers and delegate responsibilities.
• Oversee scheduler(s) for efficient labor deployment.
• Ensure first-time fix rates of 85%.
• Maximize revenue generation.
• Review service dockets and provide customer support.
• Report on engineer performance and customer service delivery.
• Audit service department costs.
• Act as escalation for customer needs.
• Provide input for quotations and solutions.
• Monitor Health and Safety and Environmental Compliance.
• Manage aged calls and customer portals.
• Complete management of subcontractors.

Requirements:

• Good knowledge of Fire and Security Systems.
• Line Management experience (Essential).
• Technical background in the electrical/electronic industry.
• Experience of front-line customer contact preferred.
• Self-motivated and highly organized.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
