We are seeking a Rehabilitation Consultant to join our team in the Gold Coast on a full-time or part-time basis! You will be an integral part of a close-knit team supporting people with workplace injuries.
Your responsibilities include assessing needs, developing effective solutions and strategies for a safe return to work (within the same or new employer) for Kairros clients.
- Essential Skills:
- Willingness to travel (Current Vehicle & Driver's License required)
- Qualifications and relevant registration in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, Physiotherapy, Psychology, or Rehabilitation Counselling
- Confidently engage with multiple stakeholders (insurers, medical practitioners, employers, colleagues, employees)
- Inclusive and integrative approach towards diverse cultural groups
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High customer service standards
- Punctuality and time management skills
