Full-Time Rehabilitation Consultant

It is an exciting growth period for TWS, and we are looking for dynamic, driven and experienced Allied Health Professional to join our remote Launceston team.This opportunity breaks you free from the typical clinic work and is perfect if you’re looking for a position with plenty of variety, autonomy, and flexible working hours, while enjoying all that Tasmania has to offer.

Day to day, you will be involved in delivering a variety of services to clients including:

• Working closely with injured workers to support them with their recovery and return-to-work goals.
• Conducting assessments such as workplace assessments, ergonomic assessments, job and task analysis and pre-employment medicals.
• Rehabilitation case management, liaising with injured workers, employers, medical professionals and other key stakeholders.

Essential Requirements:

• Full registration with AHPRA or ESSA
• Excellent communication, time management and communication skills
• A self-starter with a go-getter attitude, taking pride in a job well-done
• Ability to produce a satisfactory Working with Children Check, and Police Clearance
• Current Australian driver's license and vehicle
• The ability to engage clients and stakeholders in the wellness and work journey
