Full-Time Rehabilitation Consultant - Occupational Therapist

How you’ll be making an impact in people’s lives:

• Conducting occupational therapy assessments, activities of daily functional capacity, home and workplace ergonomic and equipment needs.
• Designing and delivering meaningful intervention programmes that build functional capacity and independence.
• Developing tailored rehabilitation plans and return to work strategies.
• Identifying barriers and implementing practical evidence-based solutions.
• Navigating multiple funding schemes to empower client recovery.
• Collaborating with your clients, their families, medical teams, employers and other key stakeholders.

What you bring to the role?

• A recognised degree in Occupational Therapy and a current AHPRA registration.
• A genuine desire to make a measurable impact in people’s lives.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust with clients and stakeholders.
• A customer first mindset with a focus on quality outcomes.
• Confidence working independently in the community.
• Driver’s licence and vehicle required.
• Eligibility for a working with children’s check and police clearance.
