Full-Time Remote Psychiatrist

Included Health (formerly Doctor on Demand + Grand Rounds Health) is seeking a Remote Psychiatrist to join their team in a full-time capacity (30 hrs/week).

Responsibilities:

• Assess patients via video encounters.
• Conduct virtual mental health evaluations.
• Compile patient medical data (history, examinations).
• Manage psychotropic medications (evaluation, response, adherence).
• Develop and implement treatment plans, evaluating results.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals.
• Collect, record, and maintain patient information.

Qualifications:

• ACGME-accredited psychiatry residency completion.
• ABPN Board-certification in Adult Psychiatry.
• Active, unrestricted MD/DO license.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Google Suite, Chrome/IE, and video conferencing.
• Ability to adapt to new technology.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Multi-state licensure.
• Ability to treat all ages.

Physical/Cognitive Requirements:

• Regular attendance and shift flexibility.
• Prolonged sitting, keyboard/computer use.
• Occasional lifting (up to 20 lbs).

Compensation: $184,500 + equity + benefits + potential $75,400 visit target = $259,900 total potential compensation.
