• Communicate effectively with international candidates.

• Proven experience as a recruiter, with a focus on remote recruitment preferred.
• Strong proficiency in CRM systems to manage candidate information and interactions.
• Excellent communication skills in English (C1 level required), both written and verbal.
• Ability to source and engage candidates from diverse backgrounds.
• Experience conducting interviews and evaluating candidates' fit.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Familiarity with recruitment best practices and candidate assessment techniques.
• Self-motivated and adept at working independently in a remote environment.
